• Gifts must be wrapped and tagged with the recipient’s first name.
• All deliveries must be made no later than Tuesday, December 18th, 2007 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
• Please bring your completed tax form (contact Ruthie with questions) with you when you deliver the gifts.
• Be prepared to fill out a short form with your name, address, and corporate affiliation so that we can send you the family’s thank you notes.

From Mission Street:

• We are in a 3-story red building on the corner of Mission and 13th Streets (13th becomes Duboce at Mission). Our building has "Construction Center" and "Citicenter" painted on each side.
• Turn onto Erie (an alley off of Mission, between Duboce/13th & 14th Streets).
• Drive to the end of Erie and turn left (Erie dead-ends at our parking lot).
• Pull forward to the parking attendant and tell him you are making a delivery to FSSBA, suite 3150. He will show you where to pull over.
• Enter the building through the glass doors.
• Take the elevator on your left to third floor.
• Turn left as you exit the elevator. FSSBA is Suite 3150.
